Backstage with Obscure Couture
I am a sound fan of them! This is the first time I have got the chance to have a wee chat about the type of things that inspired them for this collection at the Nightwalk backstage s/s 2012.
The Two ladies are so friendly and nice, they could easily be one of your girl friends hanging out with and have tones of fun, just because they are laid back and genuine. They are true passionate girls who love what they do and don’t leave anything half done, you can feel their personalities coming through in the creations they design. Their designs make me curious, I would really want to know what it is like to inhabit in their world of couture.
They told me the collection on show that night was based on one girl and every emotion she can feel. Their designs are ultra feminine and desirable with a cool edge, you will expect lots of interesting textures, brights, neutrals, luxe fabrics, studs, what ever Obscure Couture feels like at the time, all pulled together with top class finishing as you would expect from Obscure Couture. At the same time, it is elegant, glamorous and full of fun.
